
Breakfast
23 April, 20081590 kcal yesterday and today my weight is 56kg! (^O^)g Probably I havn’t lost 0.8 kg since yesterday, not “for real”, not when I ate so much. It was probably water or something that made me weight that much yesterday. But like 4 kg during the next 6 weeks.. I can do it!
So far I have eaten:
- 200 kcal – porridge oats with extra fibre and milk
- 70 kcal - crispbread
I think I will eat a yoghurt later in school. I’m sure I will bring water anyhow..
