I’m ashamed

I ate two toasted sandwichs… I have no clue how much kcal that is, but must be like 600 kcal, if you add that cup of cacao I drank to it… This is the same thing that happend last night.. A binge again, and why? I’m disgusted by myself right now… (-.-)
And I havn’t worked out anything today, that I said to myself that I would..

That’s a total of 1270 kcal today. It’s less than my BMR, wich means that I lost weight today! (*^o^*)

Strange, feels like I ate more junk today..
